The Player Code of Conduct

Welcome to Rummy Wealth. When you register an account, launch our Android application, or join any game lobby, you enter into a binding agreement with us to uphold fair play, respect your fellow table opponents, and follow the community rules set out below.

These terms are written clearly so every card player understands their rights, account security responsibilities, and table conduct standards.

1. Age Verification: Strictly 18+ Only

Real-money card gaming is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 and older:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of account creation. Minors are strictly barred from entering real-cash lobbies.
• We enforce mandatory government document verification (Aadhaar & PAN card checks) before any prize withdrawal is approved.
• Submitting forged documents, altered photos, or using identification cards belonging to your parents or relatives is treated as fraud. Any account found using borrowed identities will be shut down with zero refund of remaining balances.

2. Territorial Restrictions & Location Verification

While 13-card rummy is recognized as a game of skill under nationwide Indian law, specific state governments have enacted their own gaming legislation:

Bypassing geographic filters through VPN tunnels, fake GPS location spoofers, or out-of-state proxy proxies is a material violation of these terms. Discovered accounts will be permanently suspended.

3. Device Integrity & Single-Account Rule

To preserve table fairness and prevent bonus exploitation:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may operate only one verified account linked to their personal phone number and PAN card.
• No Multi-Accounting: Creating alternate dummy accounts to farm signup bonuses or refer yourself is strictly monitored and flagged.
• No PC Emulators: To ensure equal mobile tap reaction times and prevent automated desktop scripts, playing via desktop emulators (such as BlueStacks or Nox) is prohibited. Rummy Wealth is designed exclusively for genuine Android mobile devices.

4. Zero Tolerance for Collusion & Bot Software

Every participant at our card tables has the right to a clean, honest match:

• Anti-Collusion Tracking: Two or more players sitting together at a multi-player table to feed discards, share cards via phone calls, or dump chips are tracked by behavioral algorithms. When collusion is proven, all involved accounts are terminated and balances redistributed to wronged opponents.
• Prohibition of Third-Party Scripts: Any use of card-memory bots, auto-clickers, or data-scraping software will trigger an immediate permanent hardware ban.

5. Financial Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Rummy Wealth operates strictly as a skill gaming service, not a banking wallet or money transmission portal:

• Deposited funds must be utilized for genuine table participation before requesting cashouts. Depositing and immediately attempting to withdraw without playing is flagged under Indian Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules.
• Withdrawal bank accounts must match the verified legal name on your submitted KYC identification. We do not permit transfers to third-party bank accounts.

6. Account Closure & Legal Jurisdiction

You have the freedom to close your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@rummywealth.in.net after settling your account balance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
